Notice in the picture above, when they over inflate.they start getting that weird shape at the mouth.stop just before that.you are aiming for a nice round shaped balloon. TIP to Blowing up Balloons I definitely recommend an electric pump to make this job easier and faster. If I didn’t have my kids to help, I would have been hurting.
